At the moment Nilam Boutique not accepting any exchange, return or refund request for all products including made to measure product. Therefore, please kindly ensure that item you are buying is of the right size or provide us the correct measurement for made to measure clothes as items sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable.
In the event where we have mistakenly ship a wrong item, please inform us at an urgent manner. If it is confirm that source of the mistake is from our end, we will request you to kindly return the product in less than 36 hours after receiving it and we will send the correct one to you at no cost. We will bear the full shipping cost for sending the replacement item to you. Please be inform this is applicable only to item that we have wrongly delivered. It must be return back to us in it's original packaging unworn and unwashed.
